               Abstract:  This paper introduces thecorrosion phenomena of the metal surface of the 5*104m3 outside floating cover oiljar and analyzes the corrosion reason. We selected the dope and chose the filmforming matter epoxy as the inside wall dope and the epoxy modifiedchlorosulfonated polyethylene corrosion Protective dope. The result is verywell by choosing these dopes. The paper especially introduces the constructiontechnology, the requirements and the construction process.

      内容提要：介绍了5×104m3外浮顶原油罐在长期使用过程中内外壁金属表面存在的腐蚀现象，对腐蚀原因进行了分析。对原油罐内外壁防腐涂层的材料进行了筛选，确定原油罐内壁采用成膜物为环氧系的防腐涂料，外壁采用环氧改性的氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶为成膜物的防腐涂料。收到了较好的效果。其中，重点对防腐涂装的施工工艺及技术要求、施工过程进行了介绍。
