机封冲洗plan62的作用

密封改造后冲洗方案有P11改为P11+P62.
泵输送介质“重质燃料油”；
改造前单封，机封频繁泄漏维修；端面磨损严重；
计划改造为单封，P11+P62；

改造增加P62的理由是：为了防止介质在密封端面冷凝、结焦，从而达到保证密封可靠运行的目的。P62的本意是“极冷液冲洗，冷却降温，，”而且P62冲洗的是密封背面，如何有效保证端面的洁净度问题。  这是个人的理解，不知是否正确，还请各位大神赐教。
API 中对P62的描述如下：

InPlan 62, a quench stream is brought from an external source to the atmosphericside of the seal faces. The quench

streamcan be low-pressure steam, nitrogen, or clean water. It is used in selected single seal applications to exclude

the presence of oxygen to preventcoke formation (for example, hot hydrocarbon services) and to flush away

undesirable material buildup around the dynamicseal components (for example, caustic and salt services)

before and after modification

改成32就好了

p62确实是冲洗背面，一般用蒸汽或冷却水，把泄漏到背面的物料冲走，但效果有限，而且用来冲洗的料很容易漏。你这个介质温度是不是高，或者不干净，所以11不行。有条件可以改32或53

若外引柴油能够实现，建议将11改32，我见到带61方案的机封大部分都不投用……
