耐腐蚀性及主要使用环境：

Incoloy825合金是一种通用的工程合金，在氧化和还原环境下都具有抗酸和碱金属腐蚀性能高镍成份使合金具有有效的抗应力腐蚀开裂性。在各种介质中的耐腐蚀性都很好，如硫酸、磷酸、硝酸和有机酸，碱金属如氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾和盐酸溶液。825合金较高的综合性能表现在腐蚀介质多样的核燃烧溶解器中，如硫酸、硝酸和氢氧化钠都在同一个设备中处理。

Incoloy825合金耐浓度到40％的沸腾硫酸以及耐浓度为60％温度在80°C以内及 66°C 以内所有浓度硫酸腐蚀。磷酸等而言，INCOLOY 825耐腐蚀性非常良好。对含有氯化物的溶液、海水中的点蚀以及应力腐蚀都具有良好的耐腐蚀性。此外，对晶间腐蚀也具有良好的耐腐蚀性。

配套焊接材料及焊接工艺：Incoloy825合金的焊接建议采用AWS A5.14焊丝ERNiCrMo-3或AWS A5.11焊条ENiCrMo-3，焊材尺寸有Φ1.0、1.2、2.4、3.2、4.0,产地为：美国哈氏、美国SMC和德镍，焊接工艺及指导书欢迎来电索取。

Corrosion resistance and main operating environment:

Incoloy825 alloy is a kind of general engineering alloy.In o*dation and reduction environment, the alloy has high corrosion resistanceto acid and alkali metals and high nickel composition, which makes the alloyhave effective resistance to stress corrosion cracking. corrosion resistance isgood in various media, such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid andorganic acids, and alkali metals such as sodium hydro*de, potassium hydro*de andhydrochloric acid solutions. The high comprehensive properties of 825 alloy areshown in the core combustion solubilizer with various corrosion media, such assulfuric acid, nitric acid and sodium hydro*de, which are all treated in thesame equipment.

The Incoloy825 alloy is resistant to boiling sulfuricacid with concentration of 40% and 60% temperature within 80°C and 66°CC.Phosphoric acid and so on, INCOLOY 825 corrosion resistance is very good. Ithas good corrosion resistance to chloride solution, pitting corrosion inseawater and stress corrosion. In addition, it also has good corrosionresistance to intergranular corrosion.

Supporting welding materials and welding process: thewelding of Incoloy825 alloy is recommended to adopt AWS A5.14 wire ERNiCrMo-3or AWS A5.11 electrode. The size of welding material is Φ1.0、1.2、2.4、3.2、4.0, from: American Hashi, American SMC and German nickel.
