经济性分析时反应器出现厚度超过范围应该如何解决

显示的错误是：ERROR> 'VT -   13' THICKNESS OF  341.73 IS OUTSIDE RANGE OF SYSTEM DATA

With a packed tower or plug flow reactor (which is by default mapped to a packed single-diameter tower), this error occurs:

ERROR> 'TW - 1' THICKNESS OF 14.50 IS OUTSIDE RANGE OF SYSTEM DATA

Cause 8

The base material thickness of the tower or reactor is larger than the maximum allowed thickness. Usually this occurs when the diameter specified in the simulation is larger than reasonable.

Solution 8

Either adjust the base material thickness manually in the equipment grid, or reduce the tower or reactor diameter in the simulation.

With reactors where the diameter is much larger than the length, you may typically want to decrease the diameter and increase the length to preserve the reactor volume.

但是1改变厚度之后，仍然存在该问题；2减小直径增大长度，就会显示其他错误，比如"ERROR> 'VT -   13' FLANGE RATING IS ZERO AT A TEMPERATURE OF  530.0 AND A PRESSURE OF   209."应该如何解决呢？

重新核对模拟输入的参数是否合理，包括材料的选择、温度和压力设定。
