如题,在从ASPEN 导入数据到HTRI时,有两种方法:1、ASPEN PLUS--EDR--HTRI
2、ASPEN PLUS--保存为SUM文件,然后用customize 工具导出.dat数据,再导入HTRI。
下面说下两种方法的优缺点:
1:可以自动生成三个压力下(而且压力可以修改)的热曲线,但是会缺少临界压力数据,可以后期手动输入。但是会出现如下的报错:

方法2:直接从ASPEN PLUS输出数据到,dat,然后直接导入HTRI。但是对于热虹吸再沸器,会出现如下错误:
This thermosiphon case has less than 3 pressures specified for the cold fluid physical properties. With the current fluid properties, the programs ability to determine the saturation temperature at the exchanger inlet pressure may be compromised.
This may result in the absence or incorrect length of a liquid zone at the bottom of the exchanger. It is recommended that you specify additional pressure profiles and re-run the case.
The pressure profiles given for the cold fluid do not cover the operating pressure range of the heat exchanger. The vaporization profile inside of the exchanger for this run may not be accurate. Software does not extrapolate beyond the specified reference pressure range, but uses reference pressure closest to the outlying value for the heat release and property data. It is recommended that the maximum and minimum system pressures be used as reference pressures.
None of the specified cold fluid heat release profiles are at pressures near the exchanger inlet pressure of 19 kPa ( 2.8077 psia). For low pressure applications, Xist may not accurately predict the saturation temperature at the exchanger inlet and the length of the subcooled zone. Check the monitor (shellside or tubeside depending on where the boiling fluid is placed) and verify that boiling starts at a temperature and pressure consistent with the entered heat release curves. If not, specify a pressure profile at or near the inlet exchanger pressure. This message is issued when no pressure profiles are within 10% of the exchanger inlet pressure based on the operating pressure range (exchanger inlet pressure to column bottom pressure).
For this thermosiphon reboiler, there appears to be only 1 heat release profiles specified in the operating pressure range. The lowest pressure should be at the column bottom and the highest pressure should be the exchanger inlet.
For the best model, there should be at least three profiles specified over this range, with one profile specified at the column bottom pressure, another profile specified at the exchanger inlet pressure, and at least one profile specified at an intermmediate pressure. If these guidelines are not followed, Xist may not accurately predict the saturation temperature at the exchanger inlet and the length of the subcooled zone.
