As Quality Control Engineer, you will be part of OCSiAl Technical Support team, located in
TUBALL Center Shanghai. You will report directly to the Quality and Production Manager.
Your daily tasks will involve strong cooperation and communication with technical support
engineers, central quality department, production manager, OEMs/licensed partners, R&D,
product developers, sales, logistics and procurement.
Your main objectives will be to ensure full compliance with OCSiAl and customer requirements
for all products manufactured in our OEMs and licensed partners factories. You will be
responsible for all quality control activities.
To meet this target, your daily tasks will be to: • Manage the quality control lab (develop and implement management system,
ensure proper working conditions of all equipment, maintain 5S, manage
consumables, define quality control samples storage system…), • Lead monthly quality control cross-check activities for all OEMs and licensed
partners (prepare COAs for OEMs products, collect samples, perform lab testing,
analyze results, highlight issues to be fixed and improvement points, work with
OEMs/licensed partners to improve quality control testing methods…),
• Ensure full alignment of all QC methods within OCSiAl (between different
technical centers) and with all production partners,
• Develop and run supplier management system for all raw materials and packaging
supplies (define materials requirements, select and approve suppliers, perform
regular check…),
• Communicate regularly with central quality department to ensure that all QC
methods used in China are up to date,
• Support technical support and product development teams to set-up QC methods
and define specification for new products developed in China.
Your Skills
You have a bachelor degree in chemistry, quality, engineering or manufacturing. Experience in QA/QC for chemicals, advanced materials, polymer or carbon materials
manufacturing, production problems trouble shooting… is appreciated, but not mandatory.
You have excellent Chinese and are fluent in English, with strong capability in communication
and intercultural relationship.
You can work independently and enjoy challenges.
You are hard-worker and proactive to propose new solutions and develop new systems.
You have great analytical skills and are results/details oriented.
You are willing to travel within China for about 30% of your time

你的技能

你有化学、质量、工程或制造专业的学士学位。QA / QC经验化工、先进材料、聚合物或碳材料

生产、生产问题的解决……是值得赞赏的，但不是强制性的。

中文流利，英语流利，沟通能力强

和跨文化关系。

你能独立工作，喜欢挑战。

你刻苦!主动提出新的解决方案和开发新的系统。

你有很强的分析能力，注重结果和细节。
