请高手帮忙分析一下HTRI运行结果中警告,具体怎么解决,谢谢!WARNING - The number of tubes removed to meet the TEMA entrance requirement is not the same on each side of the bundle.
For multisegmental baffles with perpendicular baffle cut, this condition results in unequal window flow areas.
If possible, redesign the exchanger such that the window flow areas are equal.
The program neglected the tube removal for this case while calculating the window flow areas.
NOTE-The U-bend length exceeds the TEMA maximum span, which can lead to flow-induced vibration problems. Consider adding stiffness to U-bend region of the bundle.
WARNING-Crossflow velocity exceeds critical velocity, indicating probability of fluidelastic instability and flow-induced vibration damage. If present, fluidelastic instability can lead to large amplitude vibration and tube damage.
WARNING-Crossflow velocity at baffle tip exceeds critical velocity, indicating a probability of fluidelastic instability and flow-induced vibration damage. If present, fluidelastic instability can lead to large amplitude vibration and tube damage. NOTE-Tube vibration from vortex shedding is possible. Check the crossflow-induced vibration amplitude on Line 27 of the Vibration Analysis report for an asterisk. If no asterisk prints, probability of tube damage is low.
NOTE-Tube vibration from turbulent buffeting is possible.
WARNING-First mode acoustic vibration is probable. A maximum Chen number of 88280.9 is calculated for the regions with a frequency ratio between 0.8 and 1.2. Consider adding deresonating baffles. Careful positioning of deresonating baffles eliminates noise. NOTE-In acoustic vibration calculations, at least one frequency ratio for the first mode is greater than1.2. For regions in which this condition occurs, the program calculates a maximum Chen number of127620.. Consider checking for higher mode acoustic vibration.
WARNING-Bundle entrance velocity exceeds critical velocity, indicating a probability of fluidelastic instability and flow-induced vibration damage. If present, fluidelastic instability can lead to large amplitude vibration and tube damage. WARNING-Shell entrance velocity exceeds critical velocity, indicating a probability of fluidelastic instability and flow-induced vibration damage. If present, fluidelastic instability can lead to large amplitude vibration and tube damage.
WARNING-Bundle exit velocity exceeds critical velocity, indicating a probability of fluidelastic instability and flow-induced vibration damage. If present, fluidelastic instability can lead to large amplitude vibration and tube damage.
WARNING-Shell exit velocity exceeds critical velocity, indicating a probability of fluidelastic instability and flow-induced vibration damage. If present, fluidelastic instability can lead to large amplitude vibration and tube damage.
Xvib can be used for a more detailed analysis of individual tubes in the bundle. |
